Q. Are your prices all inclusive?
Our prices are TOTAL prices no additional charges besides gas.

Q. Is insurance included?
The price you see is calculated with full insurance (theft of personal items from the car is not covered).
The car is covered by insurance according to the law, according to the rental agreement.

Q. Where do I pick up the car?
Just go to the Hertz's desk in the airport, please bring a copy of your confirmation.

Q. Where and how do I drop off the car?
Please return the car to Hertz. "Car Hire Return"

Q. What if I don't fill the car with gas when I bring it back?
We encurage you to do so. If you are unable to fill the car with gas before returning it, Hertz will charge your credit card for the gas used plus a surcharge.

Q. I arrive at 8:00 and depart at 16:00 will you charge me for a full day?
If there are more than 30 minutes between designated drop-off and actual drop-off, we will charge you for a full day.

Q. How and When do I pay?
Your credit card information is optional and your card is NOT charged until you arrive.
We accept most international credit cards, American Express, Visa and MasterCard and more. We do NOT accept cash.

Q. How much do you charge for child seats?
All baby, child and booster seats are free.

Q. Can I be sure to get the size car I booked?
Yes, we guarantee that you will get the size car you booked or larger.

Q. What do I do in case of car trouble? 
Roadside assistance is just a phone call away. Just call the service phone number on your contract and help is on its way.

Q. What if I get a parking or speeding ticket?
If you get a parking ticket please pay it, otherwise you will be charged the cost of the ticket plus a handling fee as well as any late fees.

Q. Can I take the car outside Scandinavia?
You can take the car to any country in western Europe. Countries you can not take the car to (but not limited to) are: Poland, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Albania, Turkey and Greece.
